CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

• If you made a recent purchase and you would like to cancel your order, please contact us here within 12hrs from the time of placing your order to ensure that we will not process your order to our warehouse.

CONDITION OF THE RETURN

• All products are subjected to return policy of 30 days from the delivery date, except for electronic devices which must be returned within 90 days from the delivery date

• All Swimwear & Lingerie must be tried on with undergarments on & returned with the Hygiene Strip still on.

• Products listed on FINAL SALE are considered FINAL SALES and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or one of our dispatchers has sent you the incorrect size or color.

• All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags attached, unwashed and no perfume residue placed on the products.

• Customers who have received an incorrect product, or with a manufacturing defect will receive a full refund. (Please note that the MANSSIE warehouse undertakes strict quality control on every product prior a dispatch and upon receiving return).

SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO US

• Returns must be prepaid; please note that original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

All payments

The refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days upon receiving your parcel. You will receive an email once the refund is completed.

Please note you will receive your money back to the same account you used initially to make the purchase. For security purposes, MANSSIIE will not return your money to other bank accounts or apps that were not used in the purchasing process.
