ORDERS & SHIPMENTS

 

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of placing your order (purchasing the product).  In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or short amount of time.  If you need rush order processing, please contact us at info@manssiie.com  

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note, take pictures and video of it and contact us immediately.  If you item(s) do arrive damaged please contact us at info@manssiie.com and we will replace the damaged goods.

 

NOTES

Note that while these estimated times reflect the vast majority of shipments, due to uncontrollable local customs, clearance processes, inspections at airport facilities, and mailing distribution centers or strikes, these estimated times could take longer and be affected.

 

TRACKING NUMBER

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update before you contact us as tracking details may take time to appear in the tracking system.

TAX

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.If you do not accept these charges after the item has been shipped and the item gets returned to us-you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
